We joined a group of 26 lenders by contributing $25 to Anthony David’s microloan on January 17, 2021.

Anthony David is a 21-year-old entrepreneur from Noboa in Ecuador where he lives with his parents. Most people living in this area make a living working in the fields, but his family owns a general store where they sell a variety of goods.

Currently, because his parents are older, Anthony David is the one who works at the store because it’s best for them not to come into contact with people due to the pandemic. He will use this loan to resupply their store with rice, oil, tuna, and other products because they currently have low inventory levels.
