We joined a group of 24 lenders by contributing $25 to Asmaa’s microloan on May 29, 2021.

Asmaa is a 37-year-old widow with 3 children.

She started a small clothing business specifically for women and girls after the death of her husband to support her family and create a secure and safe life. Asmaa will be using this loan to buy summer apparel made of Egyptian cotton to attract more female customers who like wearing clothes made of softer fabrics.
