We joined a group of 24 lenders by contributing $25 to Yohanes’s microloan on May 29, 2021.

He is 28 years old, married, and has three children. He started his own fishing business to earn income from catching and selling the fish he catches.

His business has given Yohanes financial independence and has helped him provide a better life for his family. He was looking for a loan of $800 to help grow his business by purchasing trawling materials and fishing crates.

This is Yohanes second loan on Kiva, and the first loan was already repaid.
