Mentoring and developing today’s youth.

We joined a group of 84 lenders by contributing $50 to Lonnie’s microloan on June 19, 2021. We made this loan in honor of Juneteenth.

We don’t know Lonnie, but we love what he is doing… Lonnie’s passion for helping others, specifically in the areas of racial inequality and injustices, inspired him to start the Brigham Impact Group Mentoring and Leadership Academy (B.I.G.), a non-profit organization dedicated to serving at-risk youth in Rock County, Wisconsin. Specifically, they offer state-approved programs such as In-Home and Field respite care, Youth Mentorship programming, Family In-Home Support, and Daily Living Skills Training.

Lonnie was seeking a loan to add computers and other technology to better operate and expand services for his non-profit.
